• Design drawing review of different items related Hydro Mechanical Works (Vertical Gate, Radial gate, Hoisting System, Penstock Accessories
• Fabrication of mechanical components like gates, Hoist, valves pipes, bends, expansion joint, reducer, frames, beam, trusses superstructure etc as per designed required for project by performing various Fabrication Process.
• Installation of various items as per line and level with safe material handling.
• Erection, Testing and commissioning of Gate hoist (Including DRD, Monorail, Spindle, and Hydraulic).
• Preparation of inspection protocol as per IS code for various Component regarding Fabrication, Erection, Maintenance as well as testing and Commissioning.
• Review material test certificates, PQR, WPS and WPQ and execute the work as per specification.
• Preparation of erection methodology of various Items, liaise with welding methodology, NDT, HST.
• Estimation, Cost analysis, Quantity verification, Billing and IPC preparation of the project Preparation of Detail Project Schedule for HM Works according with civil works and project management.
• Preparation of DPR, monthly Project Report according to work execution.
• Dealing with material suppliers, Heavy equipment suppliers evaluating material and cost technically and financially
• All over Site management, coordination between various party including Client, Contractor.
