Enterprise Contract Management System (ECMS): ECMS is an online tool that provides a simplified lender agreement process by streamlining the entire contract life cycle from creation to management, and ultimately the execution of agreements Fannie Mae has with lenders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Successfully launched the following complex ECMS functionalities - Servicing Variance, Robust Renewal, Selling Variance, DOA, UCDP and MSSC on time and under budget, resulting in increase in user engagement.
• Extensive knowledge in programming languages (Java, Cucumber / Selenium Automation and Salesforce Development - Apex, Flows, LWC etc.), cloud platforms (AWS), databases, and relevant software development frameworks
• Provided quick solutions for the ECMS Customer and Business in resolving PROD issues and critical bugs that had a major impact on user experience.
• Provided Solutioning for Optimized ECMS legacy code(asynchronous using @future tag) to reducing SOQL running times by 50% and improving application performance.
• Provided quick solutions to resolve the VS code, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse configuration, Jenkins, Git hub configuration issues and set up the environments whenever a developer reached out to me.

Auto Loan Application: Improved the auto loan acquisition process on mobile by reducing the member pain points delivering a touch friendly experience and providing comparison information and added the auto loan refinance process on mobile.

Agile Release management (ARM): Release management assists with planning, managing and governing releases of the solution and has authority and responsibility to help guide the value stream toward the business goals.

Home value monitoring : Developed and Enhanced the Home value monitoring tool for finding out and tracking the estimated market value definition and tax value definition of up to 10 homes. Viewing market trends in an area, including average sale prices and time on market.

SCRA Benefits for Military : Expanded and improved the former Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act (SSCRA). The SSCRA provides a wide range of protection for individuals entering, called to active duty in the military, or deployed service members.
