This created a semi-automated system that connected to the PM’s operational program enabling the operations and financial impact to be seen real-time and identify funding issues quickly.
  • Ensured financial compliance, performing audits and implemented process improvements and reporting requirements for cash flow, AR/AP, and project metrics.
  • Managed DCAA audit across multiple contracts, working with PMs to identify and rectify compliance issues, quantifying financial impact, and established protocols for staffing and labor requirements.
