Just a few of the many task that Association Executive work on daily.

• Worked with VAR, NAR and Dan River Region Association of REALTORS to ensure they were in compliance and up to date on new education and laws.
• Worked with NAR our MLS and bylaws committee to keep our MLS rules and Bylaws up to date. I worked with VAR to help develop DRRAR's strategic plan.
• Worked with the Board of Directors, member and affiliates members to have clear communication.
• I possess excellent communication skills both written and with public speaking. I initiated many community outreach programs.
• Worked with venders such as the MLS Company which was SEI (Navica), the Lockbox company which was Supra and NAR's Database. I also worked with the committees and Board of Director to negotiate new contracts.
• Worked with the BOD and committees and created a weekly newsletter for the members.
• Worked with the BOD and the Association's Accountant to make sure the budget was followed and financial reports were available for Board of Directors meeting.
• Developed innovative solutions to complex problems, resulting in improved organizational performance.
• Mentored REALTORS members for accelerated career growth, developing future leaders within the DRRAR, VAR and NAR organization.
• After 16 years in REALTOR association management I know I have the skills necessary to strive in this position but I also believe that you should always have a passion to keep learning and reaching to be better.
