PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Under supervision is responsible for the operational condition, maintenance, and repair of all water systems, medical equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems so as to ensure safety of the patients as well as the staff operating the equipment. Responsible for inventory and housekeeping as required. Assists in cost containment in the facility.

Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMS policy requirements.

DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Responsible for driving the FMS culture through values and customer service standards.
• Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
• Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAINTENANCE/TECHNICAL:

• Maintains, tests and repairs all water treatment equipment, dialysis equipment, medical equipment, testing equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems as recommended by the manufacturer and by procedures established by FMCNA Clinical/Technical services as documented in the Technical Policies and Standards manual.
• Documents all maintenance and repairs.
• Ensures safety checks and routine tasks are conducted and documented in a timely fashion according to the established procedures.
• Conducts housekeeping check and follows-up housekeeping problems.
• Responsible for water treatment equipment cleaning and disinfecting.
• Ensures all testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Ensures all areas are safe and clean - that environmental integrity and aesthetics are maintained.
• Conducts building maintenance as needed.
• Responsible for coordination of medical waste disposal.
• Collects and organizes supplies restocking relevant areas as needed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving disposable supplies.
• Assists in creating SAP purchase orders for supplies.
• Assists in conducting monthly and quarterly inventory of supplies with cost reporting through facility specific records.
• Evaluates and reports the current equipment inventory to appropriate sources.

PATIENT CARE:

• Ensures visibility to patients with daily walk through during treatment times, when possible.
• Reinforces the concept of UltraCare™ and customer service - ensures availability for patient's questions and concerns.
• As requested, provides instructive tours of the water treatment equipment for patients and explains the basics of the machines.

CLERICAL & ADMINISTRATIVE:

• Processes water and dialysate samples according to specified procedures, package samples for shipping.
• Participates in the completion and documentation of ongoing technical QAPI activities as appropriate.

OTHER:

• Provides assistance at other facilities and/or acute programs, transport equipment and supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Responsible for shelf inventory management within Center Store, including responsibility for the in- stock position for our customers. Collaborate with Store and Department leadership to plan for key events, holidays, and merchandising events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order and maintain the product level of Center Store through proper utilization of CAO
• Train, coach, and influence associates on ways to grow sales, reduce shrink and increase customer satisfaction
• Partner with schedule writers to ensure all replenishment and CAO activities are properly scheduled
• Prioritize daily workload to ensure that variety and selection is available
• Set and achieve goals around continual in-stock service levels within Grocery, HBC, and DSD (between time of contracted service)
• Assist in planning proactively to address future business needs through the delivery of in-stock conditions and replenishment activities
• Maintain shelf allocations and replenishes in accordance with all policies, procedures and guidelines
• Support leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Brand and Strategy
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial operating results with a focus on minimizing SHRINK, achieving labor results, managing operating inventory, controlling supply expense and overall productivity.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with a primary emphasis on creating a positive shopping experiences
• Role model outstanding customer service, leveraging your skills and knowledge of department products to offer solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• Control store expenses through proper ordering of supplies
• Understand and use company tools such as CAO and average cost inventory system (ACIS)
• Ensure that ordering and receiving is accomplished in accordance with policies and guidelines
• Observe and correct all unsafe conditions that could cause associate or customer accidents. Report to Manager on Duty (MOD)"
• Report to the MOD all associate and customer accidents in accordance with Food Lion’s established procedures
• Assist with the physical Center Store inventory of product on hand
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, procedures, and standard practices
• Successfully complete all training through computer based training, training packets, and training aid courses
• Perform all other duties as assigned

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Responsible for retail store operations during the evening hours making decisions impacting store associates,
merchandise quality and presentation and the level of service offered to our customers. Ensure conditions involving security, safety, and food safety are consistently maintained at the highest levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the entire store
• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing associates
• Manage performance through performance management, coaching, appraisal and disciplinary efforts
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with primary emphasis on fast and easy customer service
• Provide leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of Food Lion’s Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy
• Ensure proper control of all store funds and company assets
• Observe and correct all unsafe conditions that could cause associate or customer accidents
• Observe and ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, standard practices, security, safety, and food safety standards
• Understand and use company tools such as; financial reports, average cost inventory system (ACIS), scheduling, productivity, ordering (CAO), and business information systems
• Support the achievement of store budgeted financial and operating results
• Maximize sales through excellent customer service and minimize shrink through proper utilization of Standard Practices to ensure that inventory and moneys are accounted for; provides coaching for associates to recognize and prevent losses
• Ensure store conditions, customer service and satisfaction, product quality, freshness, availability, variety and execution of all policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Ensure that staffing schedules across departments meet the business needs
• Constant interaction with associates; ensure associates understand Food Lion’s expectations and have the tools and training to be successful
• Successfully complete Computer Based Training (CBT), Training Packet and Training Aid courses
• Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
