  • Provide administrative, personnel, finance, logistical, and other support to geographically dispersed HQ TRADOC Liaison Officers (LNOs), representing HQ TRADOC in all Army Service Component Commands and 11 partner nations.
  • Actions are extremely complex due to the unique nature of LNOs assignments and require thorough knowledge of the overall missions, functions, organizational structures across the TRADOC enterprise, and governing regulations.
  • Actions require routine review of regulatory guidance and correspondence to ensure compliance with procedures and policies and frequent coordination across staff elements.
  • Expert knowledge of IPPS-A, SmartVoucher, creating and review of authorizations and documents in DTS and personnel processing requirements.
  • Review and interpret directives and regulations and advise the Division and LNOs on the development and implementation of local administrative directives and procedures.
  • Work closely with different managers in and under the organization to formulate policies and make decisions on matters that impact administrative functions.
  • Develop internal policies, procedures, and work methods affecting administrative, personnel, finance, logistical, and other support services for TRADOC LNOs through contact with various support offices, action officers, and executive assistants.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of pre-deployment in-processing training and in-processing for the LNOs by coordinating with personnel, finance office, and other TRADOC staff to set up briefings and other required office calls.
