Aggregated data and streamlined discipline practices schoolwide to create a more coherent and fair process for students and staff to understand in an attempt to reduce exclusionary discipline.

Worked with the PBIS team to create engaging positive incentives for positive student behavior ranging from small acknowledgements like our positive referral system to larger quarterly incentives such as our Student/Staff Olympics.

Acted as an administrative stand in on IEP Meetings, Parent Teacher Conferences, MDRs, Threat Assessments, etc.

Created and operated new systems for Lunch, After School, and Saturday Detentions as well as ISS to integrate restorative practices and counselor support.

Pushed into teacher classrooms to provide supports whether that be classroom circles or large scale classroom resets.

Was a liaison between our MTSS team and our staff which included the foundation of our Teacher Led Restorative Group that trained teachers in restorative practices to help work with our most frequent offenders.

• Occasionally attend after school events to support the students, provide an extra set of hands, and help build a sense of community.
