I started my employment as a customer service cashier at Mcdonald's. I handled all transactions that dealt with money efficiently and correctly. I took orders from customers daily and due to the high volume of customers, I have interacted with many different kinds of people and successfully helped and guided each and every one of them to an enjoyable experience that pleased the customer and encouraged them to return. I also handled high tension situations with a calm and level head and was able to deescalate situations. I also worked as an overnight stocker from 10pm to 7am and from 10pm to 11pm and from 6am to 7am I assisted customers to find the products that they needed and answered any questions they had to the best of my ability. Due to my extensive knowledge of the products that I stocked I was able to efficiently help any and all customers. I am fully committed to any job that I take and I give my all to any position I take because I want it to reflect how I am as an employee. I work my hardest and to the fullest because I am a proud person and refuse to do anything that doesn't represent me correctly.
