I've been in construction for about 11 years, 8 or so around heavy equipment. I'm used to working long hours and weekends. I'm very career motivated with a good work ethic. I've always understood how important the small things are like being on time daily, being consistent, and trying to do things the right way. I'm not afraid to try new things and I'm always trying to learn to get better at what I do. Outside of my family my career is the most important thing to me.
Maintaining equipment by inspecting daily, and greasing
Running multiple pieces of equipment, mainly dozer and excavator but often times anything from a rock truck to a skid steer or a telehandler
Setting grade and checking grade as needed when digging in trench boxes or for building pads or anything else that's required
Anything from loading trucks, to stockpiling and separating materials, to breaking concrete, to setting up and moving trench boxes, to communicating with cranes to lower equipment or materials for work
Efficient in an excavator, dozer, rock truck, loader, and small equipment
6 years of experience in equipment, the last 5 years has mostly been either an excavator or dozer depending on the tasks at hand
Rough grade with a dozer, can do some fine grading but not perfect
Understand how to check and set grade with a lazer level off of different hubs/stations
Used to running different attachments for excavators, teledipper, hammer, mill head, swivel bucket
