Resulted in 2010 being the most profitable year in the history of the Segment with a 10% increase in gross margin % on sales.
  • Improved reporting and prioritized overhead management by LOBs, reducing budget variance from 14% in 2009 to under 5% in 2010 across eight overhead pools.
