I started working as a ramp agent and within 6 months started the role of upgrade lead and learning how to run gates and then became permanent. In the last few years I've worked in all type of weather conditions and aircrafts from a 200, 145 and 170/175 united express and all the way to wide-body and larger cargo planes with swissport international. in the past years I've learned such skills as -

• Running a gate with arrivals and departures
• working with Multiple aircrafts at a time to make sure we park and turn them in time for a on time departure
• Loading , off loading and pushing planes
• following safety protocols while multitasking to ensure a safe environment
• Running a gate with few agents to come up with a safe and efficient plane for the operation.

• Trained multiple people to serve and work with food in a family and buffet style setting \.
• seasonal server as the retreat center was open and around school schedule
