A position requiring previous mission field experience and the ability and patience to lead 15 college age students on a 3 month trip to South Africa and Swaziland. Its necessary to be able to communicate well with both your hosts and your team, and to be comfortable addressing conflict. Must be ready to help with practical knowledge, spiritual formation, and group unity.

Back of the house position that requires rapidly filling orders in a fast pace environment while ensuring a quality product. Also involves cleaning the kitchen/equipment, and preparing food ahead of time so that it is ready to be used on the sandwiches. Must be able to work well with others as there are many moving parts and lots of potential for disorder if you can't communicate well with your team.

A 9 month mission trip, working with different ministries and communities in Guatemala, Vietnam, Cambodia, Swaziland and South Africa. Heavy focus on spiritual formation and maturity, learning about different cultures and gaining perspective by seeing the way other countries live their lives. Lot of different types of work that range from Construction, Childcare, Teaching in Schools, Slum Outreach and more.

A versatile position that required a variety of different tasks to be completed based on what your boss asks of you. Lots of field labor (planting, harvesting, tending, watering) in the hot sun, as well as feeding animals, preparing/bagging products, stocking shelves, and other miscellaneous tasks around the property that needed to be done.

A position that requires preparing hot and cold food for customers in a quick and careful manner. Must be able to deal with customers throughout the whole day, taking orders, filling orders, and checking people out at the register. On top of that you must maintain a clean and orderly space, keep everything stocked at the front, wash the dishes, and prepare food for the next day.
