Work Flow Coordinator: Serve as the lead IT Specialist within their assigned branch/section. Guide and advise staff on technologies in their branch or section. This includes reviewing and coordinating requests for support with section leadership that may originate from other supervisors, project managers, and other agency personnel. Assist with translating business requirements to technical solutions. Perform resource allocation assessment for operational tasks and re-prioritizing resources for high priority efforts as needed. Coordinate the flow of work throughout their assigned branch/section in conjunction with the section supervisor enduring adequate coverage to support assigned work, whether that is during or outside normal business hours. Ticket Queue Management: Serve as the ticket queue manager when assigned and regularly review ticket queues and reports to ensure assigned work is documented, scheduled, and completed as required. Ensure that all Remedy tickets (incidents and changes) are assigned in a timely manner in accordance with the organizations service level agreement timelines. Interact with the staff to ensure work is not halted, analyze and route incoming requests to appropriate resources and coordinate work between multiple locations. Review ticketing reports to identify overdue tickets, items that need escalated, identify adverse trends, and take the necessary steps to correct. Oversee ticket queues and manage roles and memberships.
