Creating needs assessments for all stakeholders and making data-informed decisions for department goals

Managing the section 504 plans and supported peer training in SEA-STARS
Collaborated with the School Testing Coordinator to manage the annual implementation of schoolwide standardized tests
Coordinating and leading implementation of the Advisory Council
Bully Awareness Programs (e.g. 'Wall of Hearts,' 'You Can Tell Me')
Engaging in individual work with 7th and 8th students on diverse topics such as academics, social dynamics, personal and emotional issues, attendance, and behavioral management
Connecting and supporting elementary school student transition needs (organizing Peer Helpers, Panels, and Schedules)
Conducting academic advising and course selection
