• Provide assigned students with professional guidance in performing prescribed radiologic procedures
• Assure that adequate assistance and proper direct or indirect supervision is provided to all assigned students

• Demonstrates radiation protection/ safety for patients, staff and self as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines, to ensure the safety of the patients and staff
• Assist in the management of overall operations of the section to ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Imaging principles and techniques

• Exhibit radiation protection/safety for patients and staff
• Provide clinical services according to radiology practice standards; act as a resource to radiography students and other technologists to ensure optimal department functions
• Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure the safety of the patients and staff
• Work well in a team setting as well as independently (with very little supervision)
• Uphold basic computer and effective verbal communication skills
• Provide all services with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and competence

· Responsible for the accurate identification of cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias for all patients on the telemetry monitoring service.

· Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with coworkers, staff, physicians, and patients/families.

· Maintain fundamental knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, conductivity and rhythms

· Establish a thorough understanding of the monitoring process and effective, efficient use of the telemetry equipment.
