Code all PNC monthly charges for our department faculty as well as affiliated programs. Ordered all supplies and books. Booked flights and arrangements for conferences, as well as for guest speakers, including international guests. Manage all departmental business daily by assisting all 18 professors, 3 TAs, 3 work study students and serve as the initial contact for all students. Including but not limited to course loads as well as schedules and classroom assignments. Managed and executed all placement tests for our department as well as for German and Chinese departments. I was also the Webmaster for our department. I was a Notary. My duties were far too many to mention all of them.
