• UEFA-C License August 2022 - November 2022 Welsh’s first course for coach education in the UEFA license pathway. Attended weekly zoom calls and interactive discussion about youth football, completed 20 learning modules and filmed personal coaching sessions for the review of professors and peers.
• USATF Level 1 September 2023 The course prepares an individual to coach at the junior age, high school, and club division level by emphasizing fundamentals, teaching progressions, rules, safety, and risk management.
• Adult CPR/AED June 2023 The completion of a multi-day course for providing first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The course prepares an individual to coach at the junior age, high school, and club division level by emphasizing fundamentals, teaching progressions, rules, safety, and risk management.
• Safesport Trained March 2023 Recognition of completing the training of safe sports for youth coaches.

All-North East Region Award & America East All-Conference Honor (2018 & 2019) Varsity soccer award for the best players in the conference and region, NJCAA All-New England selection (2015) Varsity soccer award for best players in New-England, Most Improved Player (2018) Nominated by the coaches and team, this award goes to the player that improved the most from one season to the next.

• Heights Church: Mission RVA, 2021, Cleaned schools, buildings and homes for those who were physically disabled and communities that were in need. In addition, set up and fed people experiencing homelessness weekly. Connected with community through fun games and conversation.
• America East Helping Hand Award, 2019, Awarded to the athletes of the America East Conference who are abundantly involved within their community.
• University of Massachusetts Men’s Soccer Captain, NCAA DI Soccer, 2018, 2019, The University of Massachusetts Lowell men’s soccer was ranked as high as number four in the country in 2016. Therefore, being a great soccer player on the field wasn’t enough. The team was taught to be leaders on and off the field. Used many methods to motivate players to be task oriented while creating a culture that was meaningful.
• Student Athlete Advisory Committee, NCAA DI Soccer, 2017, 2019, The University of Massachusetts Lowell athletic community created a committee of chosen student-athletes that aided the overall experience of an athlete. From event planning to choosing the daily nutritional snacks, the committee provided feedback to enhance the experience of a student-athlete at the school.
• Sexual Harassment Task Force Member, 2019, Attended multiple workshops and meetings in order to create a safer environment within the student community of the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
• St. Paul’s Soup Kitchen, 2019, Created several events for the University of Massachusetts Lowell men’s soccer team to attend as we fed and cooked for people experiencing homelessness.
• National Society of Leadership and Success, 2015, Attended multiple workshops on how to be a better leader in society during my time at Dean College.
