Steven Lamare Scruggs II, a seasoned actor, was born on July 1st, 1992, in Montgomery, Alabama, and primarily raised in Richmond, Virginia. His passion for the arts was ignited during high school when he embarked on his first Drama class, recognizing his innate talent and future in the field.

In 2018, Scruggs earned his inaugural paid roles, as an extra in the Swagger Series released in October 2021, followed by a lead role in a short documentary.
