• Encourage swimmers to progress through drills while providing positive feedback on their performance.
• Update records of attendance, skill levels achieved and other relevant information for each student.
• Provide first aid when necessary due to minor injuries sustained during lessons.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress in swimming lessons.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions related to teaching methods and safety practices.

To oversee spiritual advancement of residence hall, lead and grow small group leaders in leadership and spiritual qualities, create meaningful relationships, and hold and record important medical data for students. Extra classes are taken for training, and working alongside Resident Assistant's is necessary to develop community, unity, and safety within the hall.

Maintaining facility cleanliness in training room of Liberty Athletic Center, assisting athletic trainers with any uncompleted tasks, and prepping materials for NCAA division 1 team practices and home games.

• Provides community and spiritual connection for assigned residential students
• Attend weekly trainings and meetings to better leadership skills for assigned group.
• Encourage open communication between participants within the group setting.

• Address any conflicts between youth members in a professional manner.
• Assists youth pastor at weekly meetings and has chaperone opportunities at youth events and camps.
