Currently at Rotech my responsibilities include, NIV, invasive ventilation, education, Bilevel, sleep therapy. Suction, oxygen therapy, percussion therapy and cough assist. Patient assessment, education about disease process.

At Lincare I have been proficient in completing CPAP, Bilevel, and NHV daily. As a therapist with Lincare I have continued my time in the DME in a not such a demanding position. I handle inventory, patient setup up, supply orders, oxygen therapy, suction therapy, and noninvasive ventilation in homes.

• As a respiratory therapist in Home Care, I have many patients. Primarily working with multiple types of home ventilators. My patient load is shared between therapist about 450 NIV patients and close to 50 invasive. My duties included trach care and education, suctioning and education for invasive patients. NIV, CPAP, Bilevel, supply, overnight oximetry set ups. My focus while working in DME had always been to do everything possible to help patients have a better quality of life and to give the best patient care.

• PRN positions, worked on the floor administering medication, managing patient oxygen and saturation. I worked with non-invasive, invasive ventilation. Completed ABG’s Help transport for testing for patient on invasive ventilation. Assist in intubation and extubating.

• I performed dental radiographs, patient care and education. All dental assistant responsibilities. Nitrous oxide certified and dental radiology certified.
