Complete monthly station schedules
Evaluation of daily schedules to include maintaining minimum staffing levels and daily shift/schedule adjustments for 150 employees
Monitor schedule and payroll to confirm employees are working appropriate hours, and the station remains within budget
Maintain tardy/absentee program
Maintain necessary certifications for employees
Timely approval of accounts payable (invoices)
Submission of vehicle reports
Communicate effectively with the management team
Ability to make fast and accurate decisions
Planning of and participate in community events, facility meetings and staff development meetings
Marketing within the community to expand company growth to include attending community events
Account for durable supplies and equipment for stations and vehicles
Keep up to date on departmental regulations, policies and procedures, Medical protocols, EMS regulations on the federal and state level
Investigate patient care and vehicle incidents and file appropriate reports
Conduct employee reviews
Investigate customer complaints to include follow up with customer and station supervisor
