- Complete monthly station schedules
- Evaluation of daily schedules to include maintaining minimum staffing levels and daily shift/schedule adjustments for 150 employees
- Monitor schedule and payroll to confirm employees are working appropriate hours, and the station remains within budget
- Maintain tardy/absentee program
- Maintain necessary certifications for employees
- Timely approval of accounts payable (invoices)
- Submission of vehicle reports
- Communicate effectively with the management team
- Ability to make fast and accurate decisions
- Planning of and participate in community events, facility meetings and staff development meetings
- Marketing within the community to expand company growth to include attending community events
- Account for durable supplies and equipment for stations and vehicles
- Keep up to date on departmental regulations, policies and procedures, Medical protocols, EMS regulations on the federal and state level
- Investigate patient care and vehicle incidents and file appropriate reports
- Conduct employee reviews
- Investigate customer complaints to include follow up with customer and station supervisor
