• Spearheaded the creation and implementation of a first-of-its-kind national mini-grant program, managing $75K in grant funding and supporting 50 tenant-led and housing advocacy organizations nationwide. • Created and advocated for the passing of Huntsville's 1st ordinance, prioritizing affordable housing investments in the City of Huntsville for extremely low incomers and those experiencing homelessness.
• Helped create an "unhoused" municipal court docket jail diversion program
