Analyze, review, and load cases into LawBase for assignment to in-house counsel or paralegal, that contain allegations and/or adverse issues against either MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”).

  • Engage with members and member’s counsel to ensure that the company’s business model is property and strategically defended while monitoring and updating all eminent domain, city/county violations and bankruptcy cases.
  • Perform research on MERS as Plaintiff cases.
  • Review, research, review and execution of lien releases.
  • Review and distribute all incoming electronic mail from the MERS between interoffice departments, accordingly.
  • Manage Service of Process with CT Corp. for MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.

  • Collect monthly rent and other receivables such as utility bills, late fees, and violation fees.
  • Assist cart/kiosk tenants on product merchandising.
  • Maintain inventory of cart/kiosk accessories (brackets, tarps, shelves, lights, etc...).
  • Focus on improving overall common area appearance.
  • Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate personnel.
