I started out as a Sales Associate and worked my way up to ASM over the course of a year. As an ASM I was in charge of opening and closing the store, making sure all of our shipment was ran, and making sure all staff knew what to do when they came in.
As an Online Grocery Associate, We were split into two groups, dispensing and picking. As a picker your job is to open up your handheld pick a category to pick and then pick each item as quickly as possible. As a dispenser your job is to open your hand held check and see what customers you have in the lot and load up their groceries in their vehicle. As for stocking I would restock shelves, wrap pallets, unload trucks. Also labeled all overstock in the back room.
