- Supporting the delivery of a ±300,000 sq. ft., five-story engineering facility with a penthouse for the Virginia Tech College of Engineering, the largest capital construction project in the university's history. The project includes two GMPs totaling approximately $293 million and utilizes rammed aggregate piers, a reinforced concrete structure, and post-tensioned beams.
- Manage the flow of project documentation, ensuring submittals, RFIs, and drawing revisions are processed accurately, and delivered to the correct teams.
- Coordinate between field operations, design consultants, the owner, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on scope, objectives, and milestones.
- Support schedule performance tracking, risk identification, and the implementation of corrective strategies.
- Assist with quality control and safety oversight to ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Engage in cost management, including reviewing subcontractor proposals, and tracking CCDs (Constructive Change Directions).
- Facilitate collaborative problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to planning for sequencing, logistics, and workforce coordination.
