  • Worked with the Life-Cycle Mission Data Plan (LMDP) which defined specific Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) requirements for a program which became more detailed as the system progressed toward Initial Operational Capability (IOC).
  • • Used the knowledge derived from the LMDPs to affect procurement through the sharing of knowledge with all intelligence providers. This IMD was be used in the creation of products with increased precision for the weapon systems’ procurement cycle. These products assisted the acquisition community with threat-based requirements; not only for survivability but also for mission accomplishment. IMD development, production, and sharing supported acquisition programs’ efforts and operational systems.
  • • IMD includes, but was not limited to the following functional areas: characteristics and performance (C&P), electronic warfare integrated reprogramming (EWIR), order of battle (OOB), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) and signatures.

  • • Supervised 50 personnel across six unique missions who performed language and intelligence analysis on hundreds of international targets in support of national-level policy makers; specifically, liaised with leadership from six divisions and four branches, maintaining stewardship of over $3 million in assets.
  • • Increased operational productivity by 95% and directed the creation of three Branch Skills Training programs, ensuring 100% mission certification and providing for the prosecution of high priority illicit finance targets.
  • • Collaborated with other intelligence agencies and operational forces in support of daily operations and planning. Managed 300 multi-service personnel, through five subordinates, across seven distinct offices. This resulted in the entire office to perform at their highest and to be recognized by internal and outside higher management.
  • • Oversaw reporting procedures, encompassing and highlighting the branches critical reporting on the movement of over 7,000 targets and the criminal exchange of more than $18 million. • Monitored organization’s language program, for 300 personnel, and was responsible for an annual training budget of $200k; resulting in 100% of all personnel to be trained and to achieve a 99% (298/300) language testing pass rate.
  • • Supervised six personnel, the development of over 10,000 intelligence files and nearly 10 networks of interests was achieved; collaborated among five missions to focus in and vet specific Latin American targets.
