- Constructed an online dashboard to house all the MACD reports and the status of MACD operations using HTML, CSS, and JS that is used every day by the GEICO help desk.

- Designed a Microsoft SQL relational database to house the agent information of 40,000 employees.
- Created an AWS Lambda to work with Amazon Connect to put a phone agent in not ready status and a lower calling queue when dialing 911.
- Using the AWS SDK, I created a Lambda function that, when a CSV file is put into an S3 bucket, creates items in a DynamoDB table to be used for the automation of agent creation for Amazon Connect.
- Led project initiative for automating Amazon Connect profile setup, encompassing agent hierarchy and API integrations for e911 address locations.
