Accomplishments

    I am proud to say that my greatest accomplishment besides my family is my work ethic. I helped to start KBEL Transport from the ground up and it grew to a successful company, then when it was being sold I am proud to say the buyer would not buy the company unless I agreed to come with it, which after negotiating salary, vacation etc I agreed too. So then the company was KBEL Transport DBA Will Transport which eventually just became Will Transport, but I had to help the new owner to maintain and grow his now new company. Which I did successfully and it is still growing today. I left to go to Intermodal Logistics to start another new company which offered benefits that I did not have with my other company. It grew successfully and thrived under my management. I've worked independently with no supervision and eventually started working remote from home, and I would still be employed but the tariffs have caused a massive slow down in Intermodal trucking and my salary was no longer affordable. I prefer remote work but I am not opposed to in office work. I hope to find employment with benefits. The worst part about all of these years in Intermodal Trucking is I walk away with no retirement , 401k, etc. I plan to work until I'm 70, God willing, and that gives me time to build something for my retirement with the right company.
