  • Design and implement innovative criminal justice reform programs in conjunction with the U.K. High Commission to modernize laws and court practices across the Eastern Caribbean.
  • Created border security information connectivity among CARICOM members and CBP’s national targeting center to identify male-fide actors. This included a data-intensive IT procurement, workflow review and enhanced targeting training to analyze 50 million annual passenger records.   • Designed and implemented a regional maritime border security project integrating air, sea, digital forensic, and advanced passenger data operations into a task force investigation unit as part of the State Departments Caribbean Basin Security Initiative.
