• As a small craft Crewman, performed basic duties as Crewman lookout, first aid, seamanship, navigation, communications, and small arms/ crew served weapons operator on 34' Sea Ark tactical Craft
• Responsible for performing landside ATFP operations and providing physical security for high valued assets worldwide
• As a vigilant Sentry, flawlessly executed 246 personnel/vehicle searches, 98 vettings, and 55 RAMs
• Ensured the safety of 688 military, DOD contractors, government employees, foreign nationals, and high value assets
• Stood multiple watch stations for 12 Force Protection drills resulting in a 90% evaluation score enhancing mission readiness
• Successfully conducted over 10 pre/post weapon checks, 2 preventative maintenance checks, and over 500 maritime security watch supporting operations

Deployment to UAE OCT2019-NOV2020

• Provided ATFP and security operations in support of tenant commands and maritime operations
• Provided 1500hrs of ATFP and security duties in support of 6 tenant commands consisting of 600 military and civilian contracted personnel
• Professionally implemented 200 Random Antiterrorism Measures, responded to 100 IDS alarms, conducted 45 biometrics, issued 20 permanent IDs, and completed 25 incident reports resulting in an exponential increase in mission readiness
• As a team lead, supervised 13 security members conducting security and vetting operations resulting in 50 successful vetting operations ensuring continued maritime operations
• Conducted over 70hrs of training and mentorship for security leadership qualifications

DEPLOYMENT APR2023-MAR2025

• As a security supervisor has led over 65 military personnel, and over 36 civilian civilian guards in the completion of 15k hrs os ATFP duties, 450 RAMs and 3,555 vehicle/personnel inspections allowing 60 USS/USCG/USNS coalition warships to receive 26.4 million gallons of fuel to maintain warfighting capabilities
• As a training specialist, trained 85 sailors in an aggressive training regimen, managed over 100 records, chaired as a qualification board member, oversaw 96 command trainings that produced over 500hrs of mission readiness resulting in a 100% compliance evaluation for the training department
• A member of the Command Resilience Team, promoting diversity within peers resulting in a 32% increase participation in the equal opportunity survey over the Department of the Navy
• Assisted in establishing a mentorship program for all E5 and below, elected by peers as President for 2 terms (6 months) of over 35 E5 and below sailors, coordinated 5 events while fundraising over $2200 during multi cultural events while delivering benefits to the entire command
