As the Project Manager for EZHomesteading, I initially oversaw both the web and mobile app development of a peer-to-peer marketplace for small organic farmers and gardeners. Due to academic commitments, I transitioned to focusing solely on the mobile app, which is set to go live within the next 3-6 months. Key responsibilities and accomplishments include:

• App Development & Maintenance: Lead the development of the mobile app using Expo and React Native, ensuring smooth integration with the backend (hosted on Railway & written in Golang) and effective WebSocket-based messaging for real-time communication.
• Feature Implementation: Spearheaded the implementation of key features such as product listings, user authentication via JWT, and secure messaging systems for peer-to-peer interactions, and every other major feature.
• Testing & Optimization: Ensured the app’s performance, scalability, and bug-free operation through rigorous testing and optimization, making sure the app is ready for a smooth go-live.
• Agile Project Management: Managed the app’s development in an agile environment, ensuring features were delivered on schedule and to specification.
