    I played a key role in deploying multiple data centers within the US region, ensuring robust infrastructure and seamless service delivery. As part of the project, I was also tasked with deploying Amazon Data Center in the Eastern Mediterranean Region regions to handle large-scale data processing. Throughout the process, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication to identify potential blockers and promptly resolve any issues, ensuring the deployment was on track and met deadlines.

    I transitioned to a cloud support role to expand my knowledge of cloud technologies and gain a deeper understanding of how our customers rely on our solutions to power their daily business operations. In 2025, I was honored with an award from senior management for my dedication in resolving the highest severity cases, particularly when customers experienced critical issues that impacted their production environments.
