This entailed extensive research and data collecting while interacting with other departments to resolve the matter. In addition, I provide customer service to other tenant commands and support them with reports to collect and obtain funding for utilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. I manage over $5 million dollars which covers direct and reimbursable funding.
